Terms of Service

By accessing or using FluxDiagram (available at fluxdiagram.app and related domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FluxDiagram is operated by FluxDiagram LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("FluxDiagram," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and FluxDiagram.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

To use FluxDiagram beyond the anonymous preview, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@fluxdiagram.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

FluxDiagram offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 5 standard animated visuals per month, watermarked, browser preview only (Remotion Player), 720p resolution. No credit card required.
• Starter: $14/month (or $10/month billed annually) — 25 standard + 5 premium animated visuals, 5 video exports, 1080p resolution.
• Pro: $29/month (or $24/month billed annually) — 75 standard + 25 premium animated visuals, 25 exports, 4K resolution, API access, full brand kit.

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize FluxDiagram and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set forth in our Refund Policy. FluxDiagram reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Unused animated visual credits and export credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.

The Free tier is intended for personal evaluation and light use only. FluxDiagram reserves the right to limit, throttle, or suspend free accounts that exhibit patterns consistent with abuse, automation, or circumvention of usage limits.

Free tier outputs include a FluxDiagram watermark. Removing or obscuring this watermark without a paid subscription is prohibited.

Your use of FluxDiagram is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated herein by reference. You agree not to use FluxDiagram to generate content that is illegal, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Your content:You retain full ownership of all animated visuals you generate using FluxDiagram, including the exported MP4, GIF, WebM, and animated SVG files ("Outputs"). You are responsible for ensuring your input descriptions and any reference materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

License to FluxDiagram: By using the service, you grant FluxDiagram a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to: (a) process your inputs and Outputs as necessary to provide the service; (b) store your Outputs on our infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) for the retention period applicable to your tier; and (c) use anonymized, aggregated data derived from usage patterns to improve the service. FluxDiagram will not publicly display, sell, or share your identified Outputs.

FluxDiagram intellectual property:The FluxDiagram platform, brand, software, and documentation are owned by FluxDiagram LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive no ownership interest in FluxDiagram's technology.

FluxDiagram uses large language models and code generation to produce animated visuals from your natural language descriptions. AI-generated Outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, and appearance. FluxDiagram does not guarantee that any Output will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated content will be error-free.

You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before use in professional presentations. FluxDiagram is not liable for any inaccuracies in data visualizations you instruct the system to generate.

Pro subscribers may access the FluxDiagram API to generate animated visuals programmatically. API access is subject to rate limits published in our API documentation. You may not resell raw API access to third parties without a separate written agreement with FluxDiagram.

API keys are non-transferable and tied to your account. You are responsible for securing your API keys and for all API calls made under your credentials.

Exported files (MP4, GIF, WebM) are stored on Cloudflare R2 with the following retention periods by tier:

• Free: 7 days from export date
• Starter: 30 days from export date
• Pro: 90 days from export date

After the retention period, files are permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading and storing your Outputs before the retention period expires. FluxDiagram has no obligation to recover deleted files.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

FluxDiagram may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the platform, or fail to pay amounts due. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends and your stored Outputs may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FLUXDIAGRAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLUXDIAGRAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLUXDIAGRAM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FLUXDIAGRAM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@fluxdiagram.com with a written description of the dispute. FluxDiagram will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with arbitration conducted in Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Class action arbitrations and class action lawsuits are not permitted.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
