Refund Policy

1. Overview
FluxDiagram aims to be a service you love. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect after a request is submitted. All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor.
2. Annual Plans — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a Starter or Pro annual plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
Eligibility conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original annual subscription purchase. Renewal charges for a subsequent year are not eligible for this guarantee.
- The guarantee applies to first-time annual plan purchases only, not to upgrades from a monthly plan to an annual plan.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
To receive your refund under this guarantee, contact us at legal@fluxdiagram.com within the 14-day window. No questions asked.
3. Monthly Plans — No Refunds
Monthly subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed at the start of each billing cycle and are not eligible for refunds once the billing cycle has begun.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account Settings page. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be billed again.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your existing Outputs within their retention period.
4. Exceptions for Billing Errors
Regardless of the above, FluxDiagram will issue a full refund in any of the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a system error.
- Incorrect amount charged: You were charged an amount different from the price displayed at checkout.
- Service unavailability: FluxDiagram experienced a documented outage lasting more than 48 continuous hours during your paid billing period. In this case, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the downtime period upon request.
- Unauthorized charge: A charge was made to your payment method without your authorization. In this case, also contact your card issuer or bank.
To report a billing error, email legal@fluxdiagram.com with your account email, a description of the issue, and the charge date and amount.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to legal@fluxdiagram.comwith the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your FluxDiagram account
- The date of the charge and the amount
- The reason for the refund request (for annual plan: "not satisfied" is sufficient within 14 days)
We will respond to your request within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. FluxDiagram does not control the timing of your bank's credit processing.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the charge. If your bank or card applies currency conversion fees, those fees are not refundable by FluxDiagram.
7. Credits and Alternative Resolution
At our discretion, and where the above refund conditions are not met, we may offer account credits (applied to future FluxDiagram subscription cycles) as an alternative resolution. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
