Getting started
What is FluxDiagram?
FluxDiagram is an AI-powered animated diagram generator. You describe what you want in plain language — a network topology, a data flow, a process timeline — and FluxDiagram generates a professional animated visual you can embed directly in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote. No design tools required.
How do I create an animated diagram?
Sign up for a free account and type a description of what you want — for example, "Show a three-tier web architecture with traffic flowing from browser to load balancer to app servers." FluxDiagram sends your description to an AI model, which generates Remotion animation code. Your animated visual appears in the browser within seconds. You can then refine it with follow-up descriptions or export it.
Do I need to know how to code or design?
No. FluxDiagram is built for people who need professional visuals without design or coding expertise. You describe what you want in plain language and the AI handles the rest.
Diagrams & animation
What diagram types are supported?
FluxDiagram can generate a wide range of animated visuals, including:
- Network and infrastructure diagrams
- Data flow and pipeline diagrams
- Process and workflow diagrams
- Org charts and hierarchy trees
- Timeline and Gantt-style visuals
- System architecture diagrams
- Comparison and before/after charts
- Funnel and conversion visuals
Can I customize the animations after they are generated?
Yes. After the initial generation, you can type follow-up descriptions to refine the animation — change colors, adjust timing, add or remove elements, change the layout. Each refinement sends a new instruction to the AI, which updates the animated visual. You can iterate as many times as you like.
How does AI generate the animations?
When you describe an animated visual, FluxDiagram routes your description to an AI model (Gemini, GPT-5, or Claude depending on your tier). The model generates React and Remotion code that defines the animation — shapes, motion paths, timing, and transitions. That code runs in your browser via the Remotion Player, so you see a live preview with no server rendering required. Exports are rendered on our VPS render service and delivered as GIF or MP4.
Export & compatibility
What presentation formats are supported?
FluxDiagram exports animated visuals as GIF, MP4, and WebM. These formats are compatible with Google Slides (Insert → Image/Video), Microsoft PowerPoint (Insert → Video/GIF), Apple Keynote (Insert → Choose), and most other presentation tools. GIF works in any format, including email and documents.
Can I export directly to PowerPoint or Google Slides?
FluxDiagram does not install a plugin into PowerPoint or Google Slides — it exports files you insert manually. Download the GIF or MP4, then insert it into your slide using your presentation tool's standard insert menu. This works in all major presentation apps and keeps FluxDiagram compatible with any tool you use now or in the future.
Can I share animations as a link?
Yes. Every animated visual you generate gets a shareable link you can send to collaborators. Free and Starter users can share browser-preview links. Pro users can also share hosted, watermark-free embed links.
Pricing & plans
Is FluxDiagram free?
Yes — there is a permanent Free tier. Free users get 5 standard animated visuals per month, live browser preview, and shareable links. Exports include a FluxDiagram watermark on the Free tier. See full pricing for Starter ($14/mo) and Pro ($29/mo) plans with more animations, watermark-free exports, and video formats.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium animations?
Standard animations use fast, cost-efficient AI models (GPT-5 Nano or Mini) and generate in a few seconds — great for everyday diagrams. Premium animations use more capable models (Claude Sonnet or Gemini Pro) for higher visual fidelity, richer motion, and more complex multi-step diagrams. Both tiers support follow-up refinements.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Privacy & data
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. FluxDiagram uses Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google APIs under terms that prohibit using API data for model training. Your animation descriptions and generated outputs are not used to train any AI model.
